Below is a simple model to showcase the basics of our live damage models. Each workweek is analyzed separately, assuming no compensation was paid for hours worked over forty. Damages are calculated at time and one half the regular hourly rate for all hours over forty. Liquidated damages and prejudgment interest are then applied.
